What is ShareManager ?
ShareManager is a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system to streamline and simplify the storage, cataloging, retrieval and distribution of digital media.
SharManager provides the ability to share and manage files via a private website on the Internet. Visitors can download these files to their PC.
Feautures
- Add 10 files at a time, with a maximum of 2GB
- Extract "Zip" files to individual files
- Indicate description, tags and notes per file
- Displaying meta information (EXIF information)
- Automatic generation of 4 images (thumbnail, preview, and large JPG image) from files of type jpg, psd, pdf, eps, etc.
- Visitors have the option to download the original image or one of these images
- Create and manage Visitors, Visitorgroups and Folders
- Define custom fields (Copyright, Author, Use, etc.)
- Secured by username and password
- Support for anonymous visitors through so-called tickets
- Simple summary pages to find files
- File and visitor statistics
- Folder and search interface with thumbnail or preview images
- Visitors can add files (optional)
- Create and publish Collections
- The visitor pages are available in Dutch, English and German
